Wallace spent the end of the school week in Diego's House.
Diego wanted to introduce Wallace to everybody he knows so Wallace met lots of people during those couple of days. Everybody was so glad to meet him.

These are Diego's neighbours.
On the left we can see Wallace with Diego's grandad.

This is Luna, Diego's Dog.

As it has snowed a lot during these days, Diego brought Wallace to make snow men. This first one was done with Cristina and Claudia.
Wallace made one on his own, and so did Diego
After such a cold day it was time to get back home. Wallace almost got left outside. But at the end he got to get warm near the fire.

They spent the afternoon cooking and playing.
Diego showed Wallace his house and his toys.

LOOK AT THIS GENET

They spent the evening playing and having fun.

And before going to bed, they read Diego's favourite book, The Lion King.

First, Wallace accompanied Cristina during her lessons

After lunch they brought him to take care of the cows. Cristina and Claudia love cows. They owe one each.

See how Claudia feeds them....

They got some time to play with wallace in the Snow and made up an snowman

And after such a tiring day it was time to go to sleep

Wallace meets Nerea

Last thursday Wallace got to spend a day with Nerea.
During the afternoon, she brought him to her dancing classes in Aldeanueva. There they learn a traditional dance called "Jotas". Wallace is not a very good dancer but he had a great time.
Later on they arrived home and Nerea introduced him to her favourite soft toys. Wallace enjoyed playing with them.

They had such a great evening together.

Wallace's arrived!!H

WELLCOME WALLACE!!!

Wallace has just arrived to La Aldehuela, one of the 4 villages that conform our school. The pupils have welcomed him and showed him their school.

Here, in La Aldehuela, there are 10 pupils. You can see them all here showing Wallace their School.

Here we can see from left to right Cristina, Jimena, Dani, Nerea, David, Jara, Diego G, Diego H, Claudia and Lucía.

These are the three youngest girls, Jimena, Jara and Lucía. They work together in the "small" classroom. (Jimena, on the left is Jara's sister)

This is the "big" classroom where Dani, Claudia, David, Diego H, Cristina, Nerea and Diego G work.

WELLCOME TO OUR BLOG!

My name is Mª Eugenia González, and I work as an infant and primary English teacher in "CRA El Calvitero" School.

Just for you to remember, our school is conformed by 4 villages to know: Bohoyo, Aldehuela, Aldeanueva de Santa Cruz and La Horcajada. This of ours, is a rural school, in which pupils of different ages coexist in the same classroom.
Actually we sum up a total of 43 pupils aged from 3 to 12.

Once again, we hope being able to show you this so different and interesting way of teaching and learning through Wallace's experience here. (I'm sure we will enjoy a lot as we did last year)

Yours sincerelly,

Maru.
